DreamHack Summer 2018
DreamHack Summer 2018 happens 16-19th of June 2018 in Elmia, Jönköping, Sweden. Event starts 08.00 CET Saturday 16th of June, and ends 10.00 CET 19th of June 2018. DreamHack expect around 55,000 gamers visiting the event.

DreamHack X TEO Networking Lounge
The new  "DreamHack X TEO Networking Lounge" is our new Business Area - and will take place during  DreamHack Summer 2018, between 11.00-19.00 each event day. It will be hosted in a special area, only for ticket holders to the Networking Lounge, and will be located in Elmia's Concert & Congress House.

The Networking Lounge will offer:

  • Meeting space
  • Work stations, with internet & WIFI
  • Bookable meeting rooms
  • Gaming corner
  • Esports livestreams
  • Mini-stage with programming (presentations, panels)
  • Lunch buffét - 3 days

In terms of content

  • 2h of programming on our mini-stage, powered by TEO & DreamHack partners
  • Guided tours back stage

Simon Sundén has a long history within esports both in media, TV as well as tech. Simon is currently the VP & Head of Esports at G-Loot, online esports platform for both PC & mobile, which recently took in €10m EUR in investment capital. Simon was previously head of esports at MTGx. His favorite esports game of all time is StarCraft: Brood War.

Tomas has 15 years background in esports, starting as Counter-Strike player and DreamHack visitor himself in early 2000. Tomas has a background as player, manager, tournament organizer, editor-in-chief in various esports startups and companies. Since 2008, Tomas work at DreamHack and is currently primarily involved with major partnerships.
